Use Cloud Conformity’s support portal to:
- Ask questions
- Request support
- Report bugs
- Request features
- Provide feedback
Note: Admin role users for your Cloud Conformity organisation can view all tickets submitted by the organisation’s users.
Raise a support ticket
- Sign into Cloud Conformity.
- Click on Support from the top navigation bar. This will open the Support Console in a new window.
- From the Home tab, Click on New Support Ticket and fill out the form.
Be descriptive and provide as much information as possible.
- Write a clear subject line,
- Select the type of request from the given options,
- Write a detailed description,
- Attach screenshots or related files to help our customer success team identify your problem quickly.
- Click on Submit to send your support ticket.
- You will receive a confirmation email to your Cloud Conformity email address that you can view in the Support Console.
View the status of tickets
From the Home tab, click on Check Ticket Status to view the current status of your tickets.
