Cloud Conformity Commitment to GDPR

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) came into force across the European Union on 25th May 2018 and brings with it the most significant changes to data protection law in two decades. Based on privacy by design and taking a risk-based approach, the GDPR has been designed to meet the requirements of the digital age.

In response to this we have made the following changes:

Awareness

We clearly notify our users as to how we use their data in our privacy policy which you can find on our website. It also lays out data subjects rights under GDPR.

Access and Choice

If you want to see what personal data Cloud Conformity has about you, or you want us to send you a copy or delete your data, you can simply email us your request and we will respond promptly and work with you to provide the information in a standard, common format. Email privacy inquiries here: privacy@cloudconformity.com

Accountability and Transparency

Our policies and procedures have been updated to reflect our commitment to protecting your data. Our teams diligently review any potential privacy risks and the controls in place with our third-party suppliers and limit their use of your data to that which we have instructed them, in accordance with the purposes for which we collected it, which is providing you with our services.

Security and Protection

We have always understood the importance of protecting the security and confidentiality of our customer and company data. Our vigorous security controls are built into every layer of our application, service and organizational processes. The security controls exceed GDPR standards on expected technical and organizational measures.
